THREAD ROLLING
Our Thread Rolling machine has the capability of thread rolling up to 90mm in diameter. Material suitability is determined by the workpiece diameter, needed threading length, pitch, kind of thread, material and workpiece shape.
This cold forging process forms the fibres of the metal by rolling the work billet through two dies. Thread Rolling is usually chosen over machining because of the many advantages listed below.
